Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued through convenient local methods:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash
- Easypaisa
Processing time:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Refunds are not issued in cash
- Customers must provide:
- Bank account details or
- JazzCash / Easypaisa number
Refunds will be transferred using one of the above methods after approval.
7. Return Process

- Clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

- If approved, we will guide you on the return process
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product):
→ Glemify Store will cover return shipping costs - If the return is for personal reasons (if accepted):
→ Customer will bear the shipping cost
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Items marked as final sale or discounted
- Used or damaged items (after delivery)
10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- Report the issue within 3 days
- Share clear pictures as proof
- We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund
